Personality and potential is being popular nowadays. The way i see about potential is like underutilized assets which we hold it for long time. Asset returns are huge still we are not identified. We are ignoring the fact that we do not have any asset.
We are utilizing 10% of our asset ,what a pathetic one.We settled below our capacity.We seldom look for a change.Change never takes time only preparation of change will take time.
Why we are not utilizing remaining 90% of our asset.Who is hindrance for utilizing our asset.
It is myself. Each one of us having hurts ,unmet needs and wounds. I can say these factors are debts. we will always focus on reduce our debt and increase our credit.

We should assess us continuously.It is a continuous process like our breathing. Till our breath,we should learn ,unlearn and relearn.

Good habits are hard to develop but easy to live with;bad habits are easy to develop but hard to live with. The habits you have and the habits that have you will determine almost everything you achieve or fail to achieve.
Success depends on 95% of the habit which we cultivates.I will demonstrate to you -how the habit is powerful.If you remove the letter 'h' and still abit(a bit) is there. If you remove the letter 'a' and still bit is there.If remove 'b' and still 'it' is there. It takes time to develop good habits..Once we developed it,we are the power.
